The uniform, a symbol of unity, is generally considered a counterpart to fashion – which stands for the concept of individuality – although there is a certain dependence, which will be explained in detail in this thesis. Accompanied by spec-ially designed graphics, diverse aspects of uniformity and its fashionable complexity are historically analyzed, up to the point of contemporary phenomena.
